I always liked the original version of this track, so when Iowno sent me the remix I knew I had to check it out real quick. I was surprised at how he incorporated the samples, and I definitely enjoyed it, it’s a sick glitch take on a solid hip-hop song. Nice. You all know I’m an R/D junkie, from the R/D Radiohead remix to the Forward Slash Mixtape, the dude brings a great sound that I always enjoy. This is his second track with Swan off of the ‘Bay Crush’ EP (or is it an album?). Can’t wait for the release, for now, enjoy this track and the free DL via R/D’s website.

Definitely excited to post this track, I look forward to anything by Big G. As you might have recalled from my recent interview with Big Gigantic, Dom says he thinks that the sax is what allowed people to remember the group so well in the ever growing electronic genre. Posted this up for the music and because I like when artists pursue an experience outside of just the sound, Slugabed composed this trippy video to be paired with his future electronic sound. Honestly, this shit gets pretty weird, so prepare yourself, ha! Other than the total strangeness, it’s a cool video accompaniment to a new track, enjoy.

One of the few remixes to do this track justice, which is saying something. Gramatik always pushes the envelope on originality, and he always picks interesting tracks to tackle in his remixes and mashups. Every since I listened to his “Everything” remix with Murs and James Blunt, I’ve been keeping my eye out for other remixes, so turn this one up and enjoy.
Definitely one of my favorite tracks off of “Liquid Heart Keeper” album, you just don’t catch a sound like R/D’s very often. I have some pretty exciting news for R/D fans, he’s got another album coming out in December, and yours truly will be doing a special premiere with an exclusive interview with R/D!
